**Role Overview**

We are seeking **committed, passionate Social Workers** to support Medyseva’s rural health initiatives in and around Hinganghat, Maharashtra. This field-based role is ideal for individuals with a background in NGOs, social service, rural health missions, or community outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**

Visit nearby villages (minimum 3 times/week) to connect with residents and spread awareness about Medyseva’s teleconsultation and health services.
Organize and support **free health camps** in partnership with local doctors, ASHA workers, and village leaders.
Conduct **door-to-door or group surveys** to understand local health needs and collect basic health data.
Engage with **pharmacies, local clinics, and community groups** to promote Medyseva's services.
Onboard villagers onto the Medyseva platform and assist with booking doctor consultations.
Liaise with **local panchayats, ASHA workers, and NGOs** to build trust and increase reach.
Submit weekly reports and insights gathered from the field.

**Who Should Apply**
- Individuals with a passion for **rural development, social service, or health outreach**.
- Educated to 12th pass / diploma / graduate level - any discipline welcome.
- Must be **comfortable with smartphone use** and basic data collection.
- Should be **willing to travel** 3 days a week to nearby villages (travel expenses covered).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and the local dialect.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and community-oriented.
