Store Keeper

**Inventory Management**
- **Stock Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of all hotel supplies, including food and beverage items, housekeeping materials, linen, and maintenance supplies.
- **Ordering**: Place orders for stock based on inventory levels, consumption rates, and forecasted needs. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
- **Receiving**: Inspect and receive deliveries, checking for accuracy, quality, and quantity against purchase orders. Address any discrepancies with suppliers.

**Storage and Organization**
- **Storage**: Ensure proper storage of items to prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination. Organize storage areas for easy access and efficient use of space.
- **Labeling**: Label and categorize inventory items clearly, ensuring that all items are easily identifiable and accessible.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**
- **Inventory Records**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, receipts, and issues. Update inventory management systems regularly.
- **Reports**: Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, usage, and any discrepancies to hotel management.

**Procurement and Supplier Coordination**
- **Vendor Relations**: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, order supplies, and resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all received items meet the hotel’s quality standards and report any defective or unsatisfactory products.

**Cost Control and Budgeting**
- **Expense Monitoring**: Monitor and control inventory costs to stay within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets for supplies and inventory, providing input based on current and projected needs.

**Compliance and Safety**
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, particularly for food and beverage supplies.
- **Safety Protocols**: Implement and enforce safety procedures for handling and storing inventory items, especially hazardous materials.

**Support to Departments**
- **Supply Fulfillment**: Distribute supplies and materials to various hotel departments as requested, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of their needs.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to understand their inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.

**Maintenance of Inventory Systems**
- **System Management**: Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, orders, and usage. Ensure the system is up-to-date and accurate.
- **Audits**: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and reconcile physical counts with system records.

**Guest Experience Support**
- **Operational Efficiency**: Ensure that all departments have the supplies they need to operate smoothly, thereby supporting overall guest satisfaction and service quality.

**Team Collaboration**
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other storekeepers and hotel staff to address inventory issues, coordinate supply needs, and improve overall inventory management practices.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to staff on proper inventory handling and storage procedures if required.

Flexible working hours based on hotel operational needs (shifts, weekends, or public holiday) depending on inventory requirements and hotel demand.

Minimum 1 year of experience in store keeping or inventory management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
