**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Visualization**:

- Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for various projects.
- Work closely with the design and architecture teams to translate concepts into 3D models.
- Develop photorealistic visualizations to represent the design and layout of the projects.
- **Sketching & AutoCAD Skills**:

- Use SketchUp and AutoCAD to create accurate 3D models and layouts based on design inputs.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, and perspectives.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with project managers and designers to ensure that visualizations match the project specifications.
- Regularly update and present visualizations to clients for review and feedback.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all visualizations are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A relevant qualification in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other 3D visualization software.
- Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
- Good understanding of design principles, lighting, and textures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
