**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live, engaging, and interactive online classes for CBSE Grades 9 to 12.
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans in alignment with CBSE syllabus.
- Create and assess assignments, tests, and practice materials.
- Offer individual doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions.
- Monitor and report student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Participate in academic meetings, curriculum discussions, and trainings.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles in an online format.
- Maintain proper digital documentation of student attendance and performance.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated institutions.
- Strong expertise in Grade 9-12 topics, with a focus on Board Exam preparation.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual teaching.
- Ability to deliver recorded lectures and live sessions with clarity and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with online teaching tools such as EdTech tools.
- CBSE maths faculty for online mode (online setup must) and experience must also previous year 100/100 in maths experience required

**Technical Requirements**:

- **Laptop or Desktop** with stable internet connection.
- **Tablet with stylus/pen** (for whiteboard-style teaching).
- **HD Camera and external mic** for clear audio-visual presentation.
- Proficiency in screen sharing, digital annotations, and document sharing.

**Salary**: Based on experience and number of teaching hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹400.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:
