**About Company:

- **Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring: Perform in-process inspections and checks at various stages of the production process to ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Document Review: Review and verify manufacturing documents, work orders, and quality control records to confirm compliance with approved procedures.

Defect Identification: Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel.

Data Collection: Collect and record data related to quality metrics, such as defect rates, scrap, and rework, and provide regular reports to management.

Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues, initiating corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.

Compliance: Ensure that the production process adheres to relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and standards, ensuring that they are aware of and follow established protocols.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspections, findings, and corrective actions.

Communication: Communicate quality-related issues and updates to relevant stakeholders, including supervisors, quality control teams, and production personnel.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiarity with quality standards, procedures, and tools.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and analyze defects.

Proficiency in using quality control instruments and tools.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action techniques.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to the specific product or process.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional work during non-standard hours to ensure quality checks during different shifts or production phases.

Quality In Process Specialists may need to use various quality control software and tools, depending on the specific industry.
