**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Visit government offices, municipal corporations, and clients for business development.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the e-Governance sector.
- Promote company services (software solutions, digitization, IT consultancy, manpower supply).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with municipal/government officials.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal preparation, tenders, and presentations.
- Achieve sales/marketing targets and report daily activities to the manager.
- Conduct field surveys, collect market intelligence, and update client data.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with government officials and clients.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software solutions preferred.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business / IT preferred).
- 1-3 years of field sales or marketing experience.
- Experience in government projects / municipal bodies will be an added advantage.
