Customer Support Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer concerns regarding financial transactions, billing, and account information.
- Provide guidance on financial products and services, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Stay updated on company policies, financial regulations, and product offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- MBA or M.Com in Finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of finance and financial products.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
