We're now looking for a **cinematographer & editor** who shares our creative vision and is ready to grow with a passionate, tight-knit team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Cinematography:

- Capture high-quality footage using DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and gimbals
- Understand lighting techniques for indoor/outdoor shoots
- Collaborate with the creative team on shot planning and visual direction
- Frame shots that are aesthetic, storytelling, and dynamic
- Set up and operate cameras, stabilizers, and basic lighting setups

**Video Editing**:

- Edit cinematic reels, event videos, promotional films, and brand content
- Create storytelling edits that include sound design, transitions, text overlays, and color grading
- Maintain brand consistency and emotional tonality across projects
- Handle multiple formats (Reels, YouTube videos, full-length edits)
- Stay updated with current trends in editing styles and formats

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (After Effects is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of frame rates, resolutions, and aspect ratios
- Hands-on experience with cameras (Sony/Canon)
- Sense of music syncing, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to on-the-go feedback
- Portfolio/reel is **mandatory**

**Bonus Skills**
- Color grading (Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve)
- Motion graphics / basic animation
- Experience with multi-cam edits and event coverage
