During surgeries and procedures, scrub nurses collaborate with surgeons, focusing on **improving the quality and comfort of the doctor's work**. They may memorise specific procedures and observe surgeons' movements. In this way, they know which instruments to hand the surgeon and at what stage of the procedure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
