**Job Title: QA Tester**

**Experience Required**: 3-5 years
**Qualification**: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Sc and certification**: STLC or equivalent (mandatory)

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in SaaS-based environments.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- STLC certification or equivalent (mandatory).
- Proven experience in SaaS customer support (B2C and B2B).
- Hands-on knowledge of quality assurance and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and system testing.
- Ability to create, maintain, and update comprehensive test documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to anticipate potential issues.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and continually update a robust regression test suite and feature-specific test scripts.
- Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
- Ensure product quality standards are met across B2C and B2B solutions.
- Work closely with customer support teams to analyze issues and replicate customer-reported defects.
- Define, collect, and present quality metrics that highlight product performance and progress toward quality goals.
- Advocate for quality improvements and process enhancements across teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
