**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms, treatment areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep as per wellness retreat norms.
- Assign tasks and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, toiletries, and request stock as required.
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams for seamless guest experience.
- Train and guide new housekeeping staff in procedures and hospitality etiquette.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or special requests with a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and assist in reporting maintenance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in housekeeping, preferably in a wellness resort, retreat, or hotel.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to train and motivate a team.
- Physically fit and ready to work in a nature-based, eco-friendly environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols.
- Preferably conversant in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
