Job Role: Accounts Executive

Qualification: Bcom / BAF / BMS / BBI / ACCA Pursuing / CPA Pursuing

Experience: 2 - 5 years

CTC: Rs 2,50,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- p.a. inclusive of all benefits. We can stretch on salaries upto 6L as per but need to fulfil below criteria

Location: Andheri East - Near to station

1. Book Keeping of Banks, purchases, sales, expenses etc in Quick Books, Xero and other international software’s

2. Handling banking transfers

3. Monthly reporting in the required format

4. Conducting Internal / Process Audits

5. Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time

Just to sum up on above we need someone who can do basic accounting in Quick Books for US clients and has worked in accounts in past in a Bookkeeping or equivalent only in the past for foreign clients. Should have experience of handling foreign clients. Available to attend meetings after office hours online (2 times in a week for 15-20 Mins with US clients).

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
2. Should have handled work in relation non-financial sector (i.e of manufacture or trader or services industry). Should have knowledge of accounting in Quick Books which is mandatory

3. Proficient with MS-Office and Quick Books or Xero is mandatory. Please don’t shortlist if no experience in Quick Books or Xero in previous job.

4. Need from Book keeping firm or equivalent background only handling more than 50% work in accounts profile.

7. Immediate joiners would be given priority.

8. Preferably females with excellent communication will fit for this role

Work Policy:
1. 6 days working with (2 Saturdays off in a month)

2. Timings 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
