**Your role**:

- Architect scalable and secure backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
