With the largest community of clients in healthcare, Veradigm is able to deliver an integrated platform of clinical, financial, connectivity and information solutions to facilitate enhanced collaboration and exchange of critical patient information. **Job Title: Expert UI/UX Designer** Location: Bangalore-Remote **Job Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Participate as a technical member of an Agile team in Veradigm. - Lead the design and implementation of modern, user-centric UI components. - Define and drive UX/UI best practices, ensuring high usability and accessibility. - Conduct user and feasibility research to assess needs, usability, and technical viability. Analyze feedback and recommend improvements. - Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with the industry's best practices and usability standards - Proficiency in creating wireframes and design prototypes for use cases. - Perform system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet functional and technical requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business needs into intuitive, technical solutions. - Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and infrastructure. - Design system architectures and workflows to meet business requirements. - Provide comprehensive design documentation and guidance to support stakeholders. - Assist in resolving UX-related technical issues during and after implementation. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative technical solutions. **Requirements**: - 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline from reputed universities. - Design Thinking capability to identify the most pressing needs of users - Expertise in Web designing, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of design principles, usability standards, and best practices - Expert in responsive design and accessibility (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG). - Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices. - Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Additional Skills - PLUS**: - Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. - Practical knowledge of AI design tools - Understanding of UX research methodologies and A/B testing. - SQL Queries - Knowledge on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). **Benefits** Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
