**Role Summary**:
As **a Purchase Executive Trainee**, you will assist the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality products and services at competitive prices. This role is designed for freshers or individuals at the beginning of their career, offering on-the-job training to develop skills in procurement and supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Procurement Operations**:

- Assist in sourcing products and services based on company requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.

2. **Vendor Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Support vendor evaluations and negotiations for better pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering materials as necessary.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure optimum stock levels.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Assist in inspecting goods for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Report discrepancies or quality issues to senior staff.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs.
- Support the procurement team in achieving cost efficiency and quality goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and principles is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
