Responsible for Federal and State income tax return preparation for individuals (Form 1040) and
business entities, namely C-Corporation (Form 1120), S-corporation (Form 1120S), Partnership (Form
1065). Completes work papers and tax return in compliance with legislation and regulations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
1) Review of Federal and State returns for individuals and business entities
2) Preparation of work papers to tie to tax return
3) Review of book to tax income reconciliation
4) Preparation of quarterly estimates and extension work papers and payment vouchers
5) Preparation of state apportionment for state returns
6) Skillful at learning new concepts quickly, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively
7) Results-driven, prioritize the work and manage projects under aggressive time-lines
8) Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
