**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain client records and project files in an organized format.
- Support management in preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

**Telecalling Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, and clients regarding luxury home projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, and follow up on client interest.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call records.
- Assist the sales team in setting up site visits and client meetings.
- Ensure polite and professional communication at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/admin role (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
