_**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **_
- _Assisting the MD/ CEO of the Organization._
- _Preparing Minutes of the Meetings & Co-ordinate with the HOD's on the action pointers._
- _Managing Databases and Filing System._
- _To do drafting of general replies as per direction & Do correspondence on behalf of the MD's direction._
- _Responsible for Time Office, Travel Booking, Internal External meeting scheduling and co-ordination._
- _Willing to travel extensively._
- _0 - 3 Years of Experience in the Similar Role._
- _Strong analytical skill and Presentation Skills with the ability to prioritize._
- _Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill._
- _Friendly and professional Management Skills._
- Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, Odia & Bengali language and Excellent command in PPT & Excel(Pivot table, V look up).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- _Handling her Business / Corporate Communications._
- _Preparing Minutes of the Meetings & Co-ordinate with the HOD's on the action pointers._
- _Managing Databases and Filing System._
- _To do drafting of general replies as per direction & Do correspondence on behalf of the MD's direction._
- _Responsible for Time Office, Travel Booking, Internal External meeting scheduling and co-ordination._
- _Willing to travel extensively._
- _**Qualification: MBA or B.tech (Electrical) or any graduate.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
