JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STORE OFFICER

i) Responsible to SITE store.

ii) Maintain the SITE store neat and tidy.

iii) Stock the materials in proper manner in the appropriate location number wise and category wise.

iv) Carry out periodical physical verification and asses the stock position

v) Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.

vi) Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse.

vii) Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from central store to site stores.

viii) Supervise the packaging and handling of materials.

ix) Make stock ledger report as per Management requirement,

x) Stock confirmation for each inventory documents.

xi) Coordinated with staff regarding relocation and transportation arrangements.

xii) Prepared documentation and coordinated transport of resources and materials.

xiii) Marked and labeled freight; documented, verified, and prepared and submitted report documentation. Maintained accurate records and managed office correspondence.

xiv) ERP system using for Bills entry, DC and Other Activites

xv) Handling and Maintenance POWER TOOLS, Testing/ Measuring Tools & electronics instruments as well as Calibration reporting.

xvi) Should know about Computer, MS Office, Mail Drafting. And ERP/SAP.

xvii) Should be able to go local market for arranging, checking and collecting materials.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
