**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Coordination**: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and handle basic administrative tasks.
- **Client Follow-up**: Call and follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, feedback, and new leads.
- **Team Management**: Coordinate with staff to ensure timely project delivery, monitor progress, and share updates with management.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and share daily updates on office activities, new leads, project status, and client requirements.
- **Manager Support**: Keep the director informed of office activities, assist with scheduling, and maintain a positive work environment.
- **New Projects**: Track new client inquiries, assist in preparing quotations or initial communication, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Positive Environment**: Maintain good coordination and motivation in the workplace; ensure the director’s instructions are implemented efficiently.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle small office tasks independently

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- **Freshers with good communication may also apply**

**Salary**:

- ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
