Job description

Job Profile: Education Counsellor

Qualification: Any Graduate

Work Experience: resher or experienced with good communication skills can apply

Responsibilities:
Counselling clients about our course over calls or face-to-face.

Outbound calls per the leads received from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).

Interaction with clients on a routine basis over the call.

Counsel clients who walk into the office for various programs.

Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.

Update the daily database to CRM.

Responsible for overall admissions in the center.

Skills/Experience:
Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert them into admission.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Should be a Team Player with good convincing and observing power.
