**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily plant operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes in alignment with company goals.
- Implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and manage budgets for plant operations, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and quality assurance, to drive innovation and product improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Must have extensive experience of ISO and 5S.
- Strong knowledge of solar component production processes and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to environmental and sustainability standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
