Electronics Technician

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Troubleshooting**:

- Inspect and diagnose issues in SMD LEDs and related electronic components.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and malfunctions.
- **Repair and Maintenance**:

- Perform repairs on SMD LED circuits and modules, including soldering and component replacement.
- Maintain and service various LED products to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Replace defective components such as LEDs, resistors, capacitors, and drivers.
- **Quality Control**:

- Test repaired units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct final inspections of repaired products to ensure functionality and reliability.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including the nature of the issue, steps taken for repair, and outcomes.
- Document any recurring issues and suggest improvements to product designs or repair processes.
- **Tool and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure all tools and repair equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Calibrate and update diagnostic equipment as needed.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding LED product issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures and outcomes.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the technical team to improve repair techniques and processes.
- Share knowledge and train junior technicians on SMD LED repair procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in repairing SMD LEDs and electronic components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components.
- Excellent soldering skills, including surface-mount soldering techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with various types of LED products, including display panels and lighting fixtures.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for electronic repairs.

**Work Environment**:
This position is based in a workshop or repair facility. It may require sitting or standing for extended periods, and the use of specialized tools and equipment. Occasional lifting of heavy objects may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
