**Position: Clinical /Counselling Psychologist**

We are establishing a dedicated platform focused on mental health and wellness and are looking for senior / leading psychologist, who is skilled at contributing their expertise, critical thinking, and collaboration to shape our counseling and mental health services.

As a Psychologist, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities. This includes planning for platform features, that can add value to both, the therapists and the client. You will also be required to take sessions of clients

Your expertise will be essential in developing our mental wellness platform through ideation, research, practical exposure and your past experience(s) in dealing with various stakeholders related to the mental heath eco-system.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop engaging and informative content for our mental health platform to foster a community of knowledge exchange among patients and professionals. This may involve sharing recent updates in psychology, addressing current trends, facilitating comprehensive FAQs etc., to maintain our platform as a trusted resource.

2. Develop innovative strategies to enrich our services and enhance patient satisfaction, ensuring their continued engagement with our platform for years to come.

3. Create innovative solutions based on market gap / need, from, a holistic mental health eco-system perspective.

4. You should be able to adapt to technological advancements in the field of mental health, to be able to create a futuristic solution yet not deviate from the core domain

5. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

6. Use digital psychometric assessments to accurately evaluate patients' psychological profiles and gamify the experience

7. Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

8. Offer both individual and group counseling sessions to accommodate varying preferences and needs.

9. Preferred familiarity with a network of psychologists/psychiatrists or connections in the field is highly preferred.
