**Job Title: Project Coordinator - Water Treatment Industry**

**Location**: Thirumudivakkam,Chennai
**Department**: Projects / Operations
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution in coordination with project managers and engineers.
- Prepare, review, and maintain **technical documentation, project files, and ISO-compliant records**.
- Draft, edit, and manage **project proposals, tenders, and techno-commercial submissions** in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, and escalate delays when required.
- Support procurement activities by following up with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Provide administrative and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Industrial Chemistry** or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the **Water Treatment / EPC / Process Industry**.
- Experience in **proposal preparation, documentation, and technical submissions** is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and basic engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
