**About the Role**:Pratap IVF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **IVF Counselor** to join our team in Beawar. The counselor will play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. This includes providing emotional support, facilitating counseling sessions, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring a personalized care experience for each patient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Educate patients on fertility treatment options, procedures, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Facilitate support groups and workshops as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality.
- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS degree.
- Prior experience in counseling, preferably in the fertility or healthcare Industry.
- Strong understanding of fertility treatments and medical terminology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep empathy and compassion for patients dealing with infertility.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and care.
