**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host live and recorded shows, events, or broadcasts professionally and engagingly.
- Interact with guests, audience members, and participants during live events.
- Conduct interviews, moderate panels, and present program segments with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with producers and event coordinators for scripting and flow planning.
- Handle last-minute changes or unexpected situations smoothly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and presentable public image for the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an anchor, host, or presenter (media, stage, or virtual platforms).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [preferred languages].
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences or live camera.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Professional appearance and strong on-stage or on-camera presence.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Prior experience in media, television, corporate events, or digital streaming.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
