Merchant Trainer

We are looking for a **Merchant Trainer & Technical Support Engineer** to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
You will diagnose, Software installation, configuration, and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Designation: Merchant Trainer & Technical Support
Experience Range: 1 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduation/Diploma
Location: Baroda, Surat, Ahmedabad

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Can visit our Restaurant Partners in Field (Field Support).
- Provide service and customer support during field visits.
- Install our POS software in their System / Device.
- Give training about our product to our client(Product Training).
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
