- Perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, to help clients relax and alleviate muscle tension and pain
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and preferences, and tailor massage sessions accordingly
- Create treatment plans and recommend home care instructions for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all massages performed and client interactions
- Adhere to all local and state laws and regulations regarding the practice of massage therapy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay up-to-date on new massage techniques and best practices in the field
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with clients
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
