**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Writing & Strategy**
- Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, websites, campaigns, and social media.
- Adapt tone and messaging to suit different brand identities and audiences.
- Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to align content with visual assets and technical strategies.

**Social Media Management**
- Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize social media profiles and strategies to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with in-house designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.

**Client & Brand Coordination**
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent brand voice and quality.
- Serve as the content and social media lead in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years minimum of hands-on experience in content writing and social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of creating SEO-friendly content and managing social media for multiple brands.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices and algorithm trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

**Preferred**
- Experience in fintech, NGO, fashion, or alcobev domains.

Working knowledge of paid social and basic performance marketing concepts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
