**Position Overview**

English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals improve their spoken and written English proficiency. As an English Communication Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' language skills through interactive and engaging training sessions.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct one-on-one, one-to-three or small group English communication training sessions for learners with varying language proficiency levels.
- Develop personalized learning roadmap tailored to the specific needs and goals of each learner.
- Assess learners' current language skills and identify areas that require improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary usage, and overall communication effectiveness.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technologies to make learning engaging and effective.
- Monitor and track learners' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in English language teaching and incorporate relevant advancements into training sessions.
- Collaborate with learners to set achievable language learning goals and track their progress toward these goals.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, learner feedback, and progress reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an English language trainer, preferably in an online or remote capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of linguistic principles, grammar rules, and language acquisition processes.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual preferences.
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude toward learners' progress and challenges.
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and other educational technologies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learners and track progress effectively.
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, CELTA) is a plus.
- Previous experience working with international learners or in a multicultural environment is advantageous.

**Hourly Engagement Model**

This role operates on an hourly engagement model, providing flexibility for both the trainer and learners. The trainer will be compensated on an hourly basis for conducted training sessions and learner assessment and feedback.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: ₹150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 100 per week
