Job Title:
*Graphic Designer Printing and Packaging*

Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase-2

Job Description:
*He should have knowledge of making graphics offset printing ready.*

Should have 4 years of experience from printing (offset ) industries. He will play a vital role in creating visually appealing designs for various print projects, including books, labels, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and innovative designs for printed materials, ensuring they meet client specifications and printing press requirements.

Layout and Formatting: Prepare print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail, including setting up bleeds, color modes, and trim marks.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that exceed client expectations.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all design elements.

Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on proofs and printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a Graphic Designing course.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a printing press packaging company.

Skills and software knowledge required:
1. Adobe Photoshop

2. Coreal draw

3. In design

4. Illustrator

5. Adobe Creative suite

6. KLD ( Key line design)

6. Ability to make changes in a given design so that it is print ready.

Important Skills:
Strong understanding of print production processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork
