**Responsibilities**:
- Outbound calls to prospective students or their parents.
- Providing information about courses, programs, and educational services offered by the organisation.
- Answering inquiries and addressing questions about admissions, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with interested individuals.
- Maintaining a database of leads and call records.
- Meeting call quotas or targets set by the organisation.
- Following up with potential students to encourage enrolment.
- Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the education industry and competitive landscape.
- Everything required for calling will be provided by the company side.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
