**Designation : Logistics Executive / Export Documentation Executive**

**Qualification : Any Degree / Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Related Degree.**

**Experience : - 5 Years - 8 Years.**

**Salary : 18k - 35k Per Month.**

**Location : Dharapuram, Tirupur.**

**Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Must have experienced in Import and Export to Overseas Countries
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and standards.
- Plan and schedule shipments to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to streamline operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the logistics process.
- Managing all the processes in the export department of a company also plans and coordinates the international shipment of goods.
- Responsible for supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with SOPs.
- Responsible to ensure that compliance related documents and KYC documents are maintained in an organized and centralized manner.
- Verify documents received from client co - ordinators.
- Verify the document checklist to ensure all documents are received.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Prior experience as Logistics Executive / Export Documentation Executive
- Experience with Export documentation knowledge
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Additional diploma in Export-Import Management preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in documentation profile.
