**Job Title**:Data Entry Production Coordinator Assistant**

**Job Location: Vadapalani, Chennai**

**Salary: Upto ₹15,000/month**

**Experience: 6 months to 1 year**

**Shift: General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including inputting production data into databases, spreadsheets, or software systems.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining production schedules, records, and other documents.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure timely availability of resources and information for production activities.
- Update and maintain inventory lists and track material supplies for production.
- Assist in generating reports and compiling production-related data for analysis and review.
- Help monitor production timelines and communicate with various teams to meet deadlines.
- Support production coordinators in managing day-to-day operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents related to production.
- Ensure data accuracy and assist in performing quality checks on all data entry tasks.
- Assist with other general office duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or production coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of production processes and coordination tasks.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of production management.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or production industry is an advantage.
