Powder Coating Supervisor

1) Supervisor will lead all powder paint department employees and assist in inventorying parts and tracking paint usage.
2) Accurately complete production paperwork and labor
3) Lead will ensure all required maintenance is performed on all paint department equipment.
4) Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly department and ensure all employees are wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
5) Assist with production and personnel scheduling.
6) Plans execution of production work orders, gathers required tools and materials, and follows instructions and paint specifications required for the job.
7) Should be aware about operations of all coating equipment including guns, pumps agitators and booth filtration systems.
9) Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the paint department.

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemical/ Paints etc.)

Experience: Minimum 2 To 4 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm

Job Location: Vasai

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
