**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification : 12th Pass
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (Tally, MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus
