Job Title: OD Supervisor - India Position Title: OD Supervisor Supervises: 1 Department: HR Direct Reports: 1 Reports To: HR Shared Services Manger - India Report Levels: 1 Location: PUNE - India Breadth: Local RESPONSIBILTIES The OD Supervisor is responsible for improving the employee productivity by enhancing skillset and competence required to perform the jobs. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, designs and implements effective methods to train and improve performance. Supervise OD staff to ensure performance. A. Manage organizational Development Adjusting Training strategies to respond to changing Business needs and changing market scenario Training need identification, preparation and execution of the Annual training plan Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee management Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results B. Talent Development Develop and Implement programs to Develop the Next Generation of Leaders Ensure the timely selection of new trainers as per the need Execute the Mentoring and Coaching program at country level Developing the Skills / Competencies vital for future Business needs at country level Supporting on developing the Subject matter experts Execute Employee recognition program C. Manage personnel administration Manage the team utilizing all resources (assigned Training, development actions in respect to MyTalent system) Evaluate performance and potential about Team and support growth through coaching Prepare Training budget and quarterly updates D. Engagement and motivation of employees Ensure that all plant implement action plans to improve employee engagement such as OJT, Class room training, internal procedures, internal communication, global policies, events, etc. Initiatives to build culture at Organizational level Execute the Employee engagement strategy and action plan Participating in Local Awards - Employer Branding Communicating Organization Culture / Values to Employees focused on PNA-DNA Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources E. Talent Management Developing the Next Generation of Leaders Focus on future needs and suggest / implement tools - AI, AR/VR, Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media Develop training content for in-house training modules Execute corporate talent management strategy F. Compliance: Managing mandatory Compliance trainings assigned by Global team Face all Customer and ISO audits Support Country HR Manager on M2S requirements Support on execution of projects on India CSR initiatives QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: Master’s degree in Human Resources or Social Work Professional Registrations and Certifications: Welfare Officer (is a plus) JOB DESCRIPTION Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi EXPERIENCE: Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Organization Development with Mfg. industry. Experience in multiple plants responsibility is preferred. Experience in developing and implementing Training procedures and systems. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team Experience the multi-national organization is a plus. Unionization organization experience is a plus. Overseas training is necessary occasionally. The position is situated in an office environment with climate controlled environment. Exposure to plant environment (operating machinery, temperature, noise, odors, dust, drafts and chemicals used in the manufacture of the product) during daily activities and interactions as required in effectively communicating, training and coaching team members. Office environment with appropriate office equipment, electronic systems (hardware & software) to effectively accomplish required work ass
