Aartaa Decor is hiring a **Senior Clay Artist** who specializes in **creating clay models and transforming them into durable fiber structures**. If you have experience in **mannequin work, sculpting, and molding**, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create **detailed clay models** for home decor and artistic pieces
Convert clay models into **fiber models** using proper casting techniques
Work with **molding, fiber reinforcement, and finishing processes**
Design and craft **customized sculptures, mannequins, and decorative pieces**
Ensure **high-quality detailing, smooth finishing, and durability**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Proven experience** in **clay sculpting and fiber casting**
Strong knowledge of **molding techniques and material handling**
Expertise in **mannequin design or decorative sculpting**
Ability to work on **custom projects** with precision
Passionate about **handcrafted and luxury decor items**
