**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Lacquering/Spray Paint Executive** to handle surface finishing using spray techniques. The role involves coating products (e.g., metal, wood, or plastic) with lacquer, paint, or protective finishes in a production setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **spray painting/lacquering** on components as per production requirements
- Prepare surfaces by **cleaning, masking, and priming** before painting
- Ensure **uniform coating** and proper finish without drips or uneven layers
- Follow **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** and quality guidelines
- Handle spray paint tools, compressors, and safety equipment properly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the painting area
- Assist in drying, polishing, or re-coating if required
- Report any defects or equipment issues to the supervisor
- 10th or 12th pass
- Basic understanding of painting/lacquering process (training will be provided if fresher)
- Ability to work in a factory/production environment
- Must follow safety protocols (gloves, mask, ventilation)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Prior experience in spray painting will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
