**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/sales records
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Fluency in [insert language(s)]
- Minimum education: [e.g., HSC / Graduate preferred]
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
