Computer Hardware Technician

Computer hardware Engineer, Field Job, Support to All Govt Schools, Bhadrari Kothagudem,Khammam.

1. Address & resolution End user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.

2. Coordination with OEM Help desk and service partners for Warranty asset issues.

3. Troubleshooting and Resolution of hardware thorough telephonic & remote tools.

4. Able to collect/maintain Service call reports, feedback reports and MIS reports as per project requirement.

5. Willing to travel as per project requirement.

6. Constant follow up and alternate methods to resolve issues.

7. Unresolved issues to be taken to the next level of support Manager.

8. Constant follow up with clients to ensure their systems are up and running.

9. Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.

10. Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux OS environments.

11. Working knowledge of office automation Products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.

12. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
