Production Supervisor

As the Production Coordinator at BookWater Tech Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the production processes for water supply. This role involves coordinating with various teams, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality water products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to align production schedules with market demands.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Identify and implement technological advancements to enhance production capabilities.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supplies.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and machinery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production facility.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
- Production Reporting: Generate regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Provide updates to senior management on production performance and adherence to targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.
- Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and implement relevant changes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the production team.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure that production processes adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Explore and implement eco-friendly initiatives where applicable.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address production-related concerns and requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that the final product meets customer expectations.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the water supply or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,951.66 per month
