**Responsibilities**:

- Transform PowerPoint slides into animated courses - SCORM compliant
- Work with the course development team to develop scripts and storyboards for the course content.
- Create engaging and visually appealing animations and motion graphics that align with the course material.
- Audio editing for voice overs, and explainer videos.
- Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and production schedules are followed.
- Ensure that all animations adhere to company style guides and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in animation and instructional design and leverage them to improve the online learning experience.
- Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
- Developing timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements
- Join images with background graphics and special effects
- Ensure synchronization of frames and audio

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience animating for educational or e-learning courses, marketing videos, demos, training, and explainer videos.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate.
- Experience in animation in PowerPoint, Animaker, and other new apps.
- Experience in editing audio files, voice overs and quality pod-cast production
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the project.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
