**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Instruction**:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective IT/Robotics lessons aligned with relevant curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, including hands-on activities, projects, and technology integration.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student exploration and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids, including computers, software, robotics kits, and other relevant technologies.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software in the classroom and school environment.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of new educational technologies.
- Provide technical support to students and staff as needed.
- **Student Support**:

- Guide and mentor students in their IT/Robotics projects and competitions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Address student learning challenges and provide appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest advancements in technology and education.
- Participate in professional development workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills.
- Contribute to the professional growth of colleagues by sharing best practices.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Participate in school-wide events and activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Robotics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), and cybersecurity.
- Experience with robotics technologies, including programming, assembly, and operation of robots (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
