**Education**: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to potential customers for Kotak 811 account openings
- Explain features and benefits of the 811 digital account
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain customer data and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow-up on leads and queries as required

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum HSC pass / Graduates preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Must have good Hindi communication and average English skills
- Sales aptitude is a plus

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Kasarvadavli, Thane
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Week Off**: Rotational
- **Interview Rounds**: 2
