**Overview**:Sr. Master Data Management Analyst, with a min 3 years of experience, will ensure accurate Materials/Spare part classification, enrichment, and duplication checks in Materials/Spare part master data. This includes managing global data, performing MRP runs, and handling stock transfers. The role involves preparing upload templates, classifying Materials/Spare parts based on taxonomy, and ensuring timely updates. Regular communication with the manager and effective task prioritization will be key to meeting deadlines and maintaining high data standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Enrichment -**Enrich Materials/Spare part description by adding necessary attribute info using manufacturing details, ensuring compliance with standards to improve data readability.
- **Classification** - Classify Materials/Spare parts based on their description.
- **Duplicate check -**Identify and remove duplicates by checking the manufacturing part number to maintain clean and accurate material/ spare part records.
- **Stock Transfer -** If a Materials/Spare part is duplicate, inactivate the duplicate record and move the available stock to the unique Material/Spare part.
- **MRP Run -**Analyzing Materials/Spare parts requirements based on their Consumption (Usage) and supplier delivery times to make sure the inventory levels are optimized and no overstocking or understocking of materials/spare parts to eliminate obsolescence. Classifying materials into ABC class based on their movement.
- **Matching Activity -**Matching new materials with existing material records present in the database to avoid duplicate creation.
- **Owning Global data -** Ensure no duplicates (Identify and remove duplicates by checking the manufacturing part number), accurate classification, proper enrichment, and correct material type of Materials/Spare parts are maintained. Deploy a process to eliminate duplicate record creation.
- Regularly review data to find errors like duplicate entries (Manufacturing info) or wrong classifications (by Materials/Spare part description) and correct them proactively.
- Report issues to managers and share solutions with relevant teams to keep everyone updated on data quality.
- Provide regular updates on data quality and Task progress to the manager, while prioritizing and managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

**Good to have**:

- Advance Excel
- Sap MM knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Data upload in SAP - Prepare the upload template and use LSMW to upload data into SAP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
