**UI/UX Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and gather feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design quality.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,970.49 - ₹40,000.00 per month
