Test all the raw materials as per QC /ISO standards defined as per QAP.
- Put Accepted/Rejectd remarks on all the materials
- Prepare GRN & handover the accepted materials to stores.
- Rejected materials to go to Rejected area & inform vendor & purchase with details of rejection.
- Carry out sub assembly testing of xmers, Variacs, control cuircuits etc
- Carry out inspection of shopfloor /site rejections & its corrective actions.
- Carry out root cause analysis & inform Vendors.
- Maintain detailed report of failures, root cause, its corrections & minimize rejections with help of designers, assemblers & vendors.
- improve failures to targeted ppm
- Carry out in process QC at the time of manufacturing.
- Parts includes mechanical fabrications, switchgears, transformers, Variacs, laminations, metering, Gears, wires, cables, electronic components, SE Strips& wires, packing materials etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
