The Quality Control Inspector is responsible in achieving the objectives of the organization with respect to quality.

He ensures that the products manufactured in the organization fit the purpose and meets customers’ requirements. He develops and coordinates with production and support staff for special activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured products.

1. Checks non-conformance to quality at each and every level of production: 100% visual inspection at packing area; random sampling at rest of production areas

2. Sets quality control compliance objectives to achieve the target

3. Trains and qualifies painting and sanding operators with emphasis on correct spraying techniques, and economy of materials

4. Evaluates plywood, wood, laminate, Glue,MDF, paints, thinners, and various chemicals and Other material coming from suppliers prior using at the production

5. Promotes performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the company

6. Maintains and sets up documentation and control procedures, e.g. QC Instructions

7. Site visit during the installation process and identify the issue and coordinate with factory.

8. Monitors performance by collecting relevant information and preparing report

9. Continue In process checking and identify the quality issue and take Corrective action

10. Assists in the review performance, training, and development of key people to ensure alignment to job requirements and meeting of Tanatel standards

11. Collates information from various disciplines and drives them to plan, develop, and agree on quality procedures

12. Perform any other tasks as deemed fit by the immediate superior

B. Administrative Functions (refers to the routine/daily activities that support the achievement of the key areas - e.g. submits monthly report, encodes ICC report, etc)

1. Submits regular Inspection Report (IR) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to the QA Manager

2. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all modular furniture products meet or exceed company standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,483.77 - ₹45,565.47 per month
